Can I get World of Warcraft addons installed on my Mac?

I have learned how to install WoW addons onto a PC by watching your YouTube video, but I was wondering can I install WoW addons on my Mac or can they only be installed on PC?
Of course you can! Most Mac users automatically assume that they can’t use addons since they don’t use a PC. In fact, all addons are built using an XML/Lua scripting system.
This system won’t allow a native (or software specific) code to be placed in, so any addon will run on anything that World of Warcraft runs on no matter the software or computer system.
To put addons on your Mac for World of Warcraft, you simply save or copy it into the folder: Worldofwarcraft/Interfact/AddOns/ and then restart your computer. Then, log into World of Warcraft and click the “AddOns” button in the lower left corner. It will tell you which addons are in the folder, which are working, and which aren’t.
You can do a simple search online for addons and then choose the ones that you want. Most of the addons you’ll find on the web come in ZIP files, so you can open them with either system.
You will also find some that are self-extracting, so you won’t have to worry about opening them. Now, there are some addons that have an external operating program that you will need to find the Mac version of if you want them to run correctly, but you can usually find these downloads where you find the addon download.
If you find that some addons aren’t working, then you may have old versions of them that need to be updated. Normally, when Blizzard puts out a new patch for World of Warcraft, there are always some addons that will need to be updated and downloaded again. If you find that you are still having trouble with Mac addon downloads, then you can visit the World of Warcraft technical support forums on the game’s main site.

ya man, i no wat u mean, i have a Mac too…
There is a Mac compatible app. WoWMatrix is one of the only Mac compatible add-on installation apps that are out there.
Try it!
