What Are The World of Warcraft Battleground Level Requirements?
I really want to get into PvP and especially battlegrounds even though i’m not level 70 yet. I was wanting to know what are the level requirements for the different WoW battlegrounds?
The World of Warcraft battlegrounds level requirements are as follows:
Alterac Valley: Levels 51-70
Arathi Basin: Levels 20 – 70
Warsong Gulch: Levels 10 – 70
Eye of the Storm: Levels 61 – 70
Those are the level requirements to play in the different battlegrounds and one thing you have to keep in mind is that they are also divided up depending on level so you will not have a level 20 in a battlegrounds with a level 70.
They are broken up in different level groups. Levels 10 – 19 are one group, Levels 20 – 29 are in another, Levels 30 – 39 are in another, etc.
Even Eye of the Storm is broken up like this as well with Levels 61 – 69 in one group and Level 70s are in their own group while Levels 61 – 70 are grouped together in the other battlegrounds that are available.
If you are looking to get as much honor points as possible, since you are not level 70 yet I would really take the time to focus on hitting level 70 before really doing battlegrounds all the time as you will get more honor per kill at level 70 than the other levels.
But if you are focusing on making a twink then have fun! 
thanks I have soo been lookign for this to help out the girlfrend, she is a lev 19 lock and I have a 70 mage and a new 15 hunter, so I’m leving him up (the hunter) to help her get used to playing pvp, keep up the great work!!!!

I personally have to disagree on that portion, yes, there is a mechanic in which you gain bonus to honor the higher you are, but keep in mind it is generally based on a level to level basis. This also depends on whether you are in a group/raid group, or non-grouped at all (shared honor).
Killing a level 70 at 65, will grant more honor than killing a 70 at 70, even when honor bonus is applied, since it is not only harder, but they’re also obviously higher, being higher leveled isn’t always a good thing, but at the least you can survive a lot longer, just wanted to pour my two bits in.
