What Is In Store In World of Warcraft Patch 2.1?

People seem to talk about WoW patch 2.1 that is coming and while I know that the Black Temple will be opened up what else can we look forward to checking out when the patch is released?

World of Warcraft patch 2.1 will be a nice one that is for sure. Like you said above one of the most anticipated aspects of the WoW patch will be the opening of the Black Temple which is a 25-man raid. Black Temple will open up in Shadowmoon Valley and will bring out the tier-6 armor sets as well as Illidan!

It also boasts about over a hundred new rare and epic items added and also about how the Black Temple dungeon will be nonlinear, which means you get to choose your path through it. It sounds pretty cool but only time will tell.

There is a whole lot of new solo and 5 man group content that is going to be added as well. So, if you are not into raiding much then don’t despair…

Druids will be able to get access to their epic flight form through a series of quests like Paladins and Warlocks in the 2.1 WoW patch.

Ethereum Prison will be another addition that will add new quests, items, and content for small groups and solo players. Just have to be in good standing with the Consortium.

Skettis will be added in. You will only be able to access this with a flying mount. That will also add in more quests, items, and content as well as 5 man dungeons.

One of the most exciting things to come in the patch is the Nether Drake. Blizzard will expand the quest line and you will be able to start grinding away at Netherwing faction as well as working hard for your 280% speed epic flying mount that you can get through solo and small-group play. I’m really excited about this one as a mount that moves that fast will help me out SO much and I won’t have to worry with a 5000g price tag. I’m sure the quest line to get one will be extremely hard though.

More bombing runs will also be added by the addition of Ogri’la and you will also get to use your own flying mount for the bombing runs! How cool! Anyway these are the known additions Blizzard is working on for the new World of Warcraft patch 2.1 which I get more excited about the more I read about the new stuff in it.
