Can be good if, like I said, you have a guild group or some close friends to go with you. It would take a long time trying to find a PUG to do this each and every run all the way from 60-70. The XP gain would be good in the instance but too much downtime in between runs to make it totally worthwhile just doing that instance. The first level 70 made it there by basically strictly grinding mobs with some help of his guildies. He didn't do any instances at all and made it to level 70 in 28h04m.
