Each individual player on the team has to play at least 30% of the matches in order to get their points each week. So, if your team plays 10 matches during the week and you only take part in 1 then your team will qualify for points but you will not receive points since you didn't take part in 30% of the matches. In your example you are exactly right that you would get points from the 3v3 but that is since the 3v3 would give you the most points. If it went by the highest rating what would happen if your 2v2 and 3v3 both had 1600 rating?
