I have been permanently banned today for being “involved with online trading activities” WTF does any of that mean I have been playing wow for a while now and my main is a lv 16 troll rogue (low lv coz i only get t gon on it on wednesday for 3 hrs). I put my heart and soul into that char and it gets taken away from me for **** all and I have read the terms and conditions and the user agreement when i agreed to it and i have not violated any part of it. If there are any blizzard employees out there you dont know what you are doing to people and instead of your seemingly “ban now and ask later” policy you should investigate then inform the account owner instead of wasting other peoples time with your bull.

I was dedicated WoW almost 2 yrs, never bought gold, never shared account info with a single soul, Never sold gold lol, Account was hacked recently I logged on to find No lvl 80s (had 2) my lvl 51 warlock I was lvling gone, several alts one of each class between lvls 28-46 all gone, gold, Gear, Honor, Achievements everything except one DK I made on a friends realm just to say whats up from time to time. Almost two yrs of my time wasted for nothing, And ony for them to unlock my account for 4hrs then permalock it And then Accuse me of Exploiting the ecconomy!!! WTF Total BS, I would never ever do that. 60,000 accounts banned just in june not sure how many since then… All I can say is Keep your fire walls malware protection run virus scans daily (like I did) and pray it doesnt happen to you because when it does Blizzard treats you like a cancer and gives no thought what soever to your losses or you. Its a pretty shity feeling Is like when parents get arrested for there own children missing BS. You dont even get time to be upset for your loss. Hope never happens to any of you Good Luck.

HI, I really love playing warcraft. I was working my #$@ off to get my first character to lvl 70 the level cap at the time and then the expansion came out 2 weeks later, FML. I have never played that character since, I was honestly mentalley drained from that experience. From then on its been Chinese labor doing the dirty leveling work and I get to have fun killing alliance at lvl 80. I was kind of stressing out about my account getting banned until I read your guys info on how easy it is to get a new account. That is what I would advise you to do Tina before you kill your-self. Drop like 200 bucks and get your life back.

Yeh i bought gold but it wasn’t botted, its basically buying gold from a friend then they get on and you trade them, and i got permanently banned which kinda pisses me off because i have a 77 that i worked my ass off for for 3 years now. Blizzard shouldn’t be able even to ban you because your paying $41 a month for a stupid game and and i have question for anybody who can answer this, once you get permanently banned can you EVER get back on that account, P.S !@$# YOU BLIZZARD !@#$% ‘S

You can get your account unbanned, but it involves sending them alot of infomation about yourself, giving them all the details of the account and everything that had something to do with the account, and on top of all that, they may not even Review your dispute because ” they are so busy ” or whatever they think.. i dont know what the big deal is about buying gold or what not, alot of MMO’s are based on Buying gold to survive, or going the hard way and making it.. its your money you decide what you want to use it on.. and you should be able to do just that.. technically wow cannot view what your looking at out side of wow, because like the lawyer guy said, its violation of privacy, and not even the goverment can do that – if they COULD, then they would be encouraging HACKERS.. they all need to lead by example… best way is to make a new char, maybe recruit friend, and level up that way..
