Is It Possible To Reopen My World of Warcraft Account?

I was wondering if its possible to reopen an account that was closed 3 months ago, would i still have same toon as i left him? Also i gave all my gold and gear away even got rid of my heartstone do you think blizzard would give me another one?

Just can’t stay away I see. As long as you have not had your account banned your characters will stay on Blizzard’s servers and will not be deleted. I have at one time had my account closed for 6 months and everything was fine when I came back. I don’t think there is a time limit on this so for example you could possibly be able to close your account for years and be able to come back and reopen the account.

So if you decide you want to come back and play where you left off you will be able to. You will just have to purchase some game time by either getting a game card or putting a credit card on file with Blizzard to get the account active again.

You will be able to get your hearthstone back just visit the nearest Innkeeper to get one. As for your other gear and gold you gave away you will not be able to get that back. Your character will resume right where you left him off so if you left him without any gold or gear then he will be back that way again.

The good part is if you are wanting to play the Burning Crusade expansion then getting better gear will not be a problem at all. It will just be a pain in the butt at the beginning stages since you have no gear. Maybe you should try to get some “hand me downs” from some fellow friends and/or guildies to help you get started on the right track.
