I was on a quest line that was one of those "kill something, show its head to someone, then show the head to someone else" types. So I brought the head to the first person, then didn't read the quest log thoroughly enough (or at all) and deleted the head (I don't know what I was thinking) and so couldn't complete quest in the line (the "show the head to someone else" bit). Is there any way to get it back, given that the way I retrieved the head in the first place was through a different quest that I've already completed? Thanks!
